Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Archivist to join our Finance Department. The Archivist will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining financial records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. In addition to archival duties, the role will include general administrative tasks to support the finance team.
- Organize, catalog, and maintain financial documents, reports, and records in both physical and digital formats.
- Develop and implement efficient filing and retrieval systems to ensure easy access to archived materials.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the finance team.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of financial correspondence and reports.
- Collaborate with finance staff to ensure timely and accurate record-keeping practices.
- Distribute letters, memos, reports, and other documents between offices in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and manage office supply inventory, placing orders as necessary to ensure the department is well equipped.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within an accounting or finance environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
