Job Description

     Strategic Marketing:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  •  Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are integrated with overall business goals.
     

         Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
  • Track campaign performance and analyze key metrics to measure ROI.
  • Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
     

       Content Marketing:

  •  Develop and implement a content marketing strategy to attract and engage target audiences.
  • Create high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • Collaborate with designers and writers to produce engaging content.
     

        Brand Management:

  • Protect and enhance the brand's reputation through consistent messaging and positioning. 
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and style guides.
  •  Monitor brand performance and make recommendations for improvement.
     

        Team Leadership:

  •   Mentor and guide junior marketing team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative team environment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • From 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing or a related role, preferably with exposure to B2B sectors.
  • Ability to develop engaging and relevant content across various platforms.
  • Experience in managing content calendars, overseeing content creation, and working with designers and writers.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with brand positioning and consistency across marketing channels.
  • Knowledge of building and maintaining brand identity and values.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools to track and nurture leads.
  • Experience with lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
  • Understanding of specific industry practices, whether in B2B, manufacturing, real estate, or other fields are pluses.
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
     Experience in campaign planning, budgeting, and reporting on key metrics.
