Job Description

  • Identify new business opportunities including new markets,
  • Build long term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Drive process from inquiry/RFP coordination through “Closing the Deal”
  • Negotiate potential contract adaptations or extensions when needed
  • Adapt to new tendencies and catch opportunities in the market
  • Responsible for the delivery of facilities services across a designated area in as agreed
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

Job Requirements

  • Hotel back ground  IS A Must .
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred, Facilities Management, Engineering or Business Administration preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
