Job Description
- Identify new business opportunities including new markets,
- Build long term relationships with new and existing customers
- Drive process from inquiry/RFP coordination through “Closing the Deal”
- Negotiate potential contract adaptations or extensions when needed
- Adapt to new tendencies and catch opportunities in the market
- Responsible for the delivery of facilities services across a designated area in as agreed
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Job Requirements
- Hotel back ground IS A Must .
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred, Facilities Management, Engineering or Business Administration preferred
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
