Job Description
- Optimize Operational Efficiency:
- Streamline processes and implement best practices to enhance daily operations, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
- Monitor daily operations at each branch to ensure smooth functioning.
- Address any immediate operational issues or emergencies.
- Review and adjust staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Conduct briefings or meetings with Area managers, branch managers and staff as needed.
- Check daily sales reports and analyze revenue trends.
- Perform comprehensive audits of operational processes and procedures.
- Review branch performance metrics and implement any necessary improvements.
- Enhance Customer Experience:
- Deliver consistently high-quality customer service and address feedback to ensure a superior dining experience and foster customer loyalty.
- Review customer feedback and resolve any immediate complaints or issues.
- Achieve Financial Targets:
- Manage budgets effectively, control costs, and maximize profitability by aligning financial performance with strategic goals.
- Analyze weekly performance reports, including sales, customer satisfaction, and financial metrics.
- Review and discuss performance with branch managers and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify any deviations from the budget and address them.
- Ensure Compliance and Quality:
- Maintain rigorous standards of health, safety, and quality control to comply with regulations and uphold the brand's reputation.
- Perform in-depth inspections to ensure quality control standards are met across branches.
- Develop and Lead a High-Performing Team:
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff to ensure optimal performance and staff retention, fostering a positive work environment.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews with branch managers and key staff members.
- Identify training needs and plan for staff development programs.
- Drive Strategic Growth:
- Implement and execute strategic initiatives to support business growth, expand market presence, and adapt to evolving industry trends.
- Review and assess progress toward monthly and quarterly strategic goals.
- Adjust operational strategies based on performance data and market conditions.
- Maintain Brand Integrity: Uphold and enhance the brand image by ensuring consistent application of brand standards and effective marketing initiatives.
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, customer experience, and strategic growth.
- Develop project plans, set objectives, allocate resources, and establish timelines for project execution.
- Monitor project progress, address any issues or risks, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
- Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned to improve future project management practices.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of F&B operation (casual dining \ café) experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of operation best practices, reporting, planning and budgeting.
- Excellent delegation skills, Customer focus, problem-solving, and decision making .
- Strong leadership abilities and experience in managing large team.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
