Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Indoor Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on selling our range of CCTV systems, surveillance cameras, cabling solutions, and smart home products. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and building strong client relationships to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Consultation: Engage with customers to identify their security and smart home needs, offering expert advice and recommending the best products and solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of CCTV systems, surveillance cameras, cabling requirements, and smart home technologies.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our CCTV and smart home solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and installation teams to ensure a smooth sales-to-installation process.

     

Job Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, or a related field is preferred.
  •  Experience: Minimum of 1 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the CCTV, security systems, or smart home technology industries.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of CCTV systems, surveillance cameras, cabling solutions, and smart home products & Ability to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in security and smart home technology. 
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets & Experience in providing tailored solutions based on customer needs and closing sales effectively.
  •  Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills & Ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and explain technical details in a clear, non-technical manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  •  Customer-Focused Approach: Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction & Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up with leads.
  • Detail-oriented with effective time management capabilities.
  •  Proficiency in Sales Tools and Software:
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales management tools is a plus.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reports and presentations.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  •  Adaptability and Learning Mindset: Willingness to continuously learn about new products and industry advancements.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in product offerings and sales strategies.
