Job Description

  • Customer Services Agent will be managing interaction with customers on a daily basis and providing the correct information and solutions to help to improve the customer experience.
  • Answer E-mails , phone calls and respond to live chats in an efficient manner.
  • Identify customer questions, concerns, and overall needs.
  • Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer queries.
  • Reviewing customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues.
  • Giving detailed explanations of services.
  • Understanding and striving to meet support metrics while providing excellent customer service.
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • 0-1 year experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent English speaking and writing is a MUST.
  • Flexibility with rotational working hours/days.
