Job Description
- Customer Services Agent will be managing interaction with customers on a daily basis and providing the correct information and solutions to help to improve the customer experience.
- Answer E-mails , phone calls and respond to live chats in an efficient manner.
- Identify customer questions, concerns, and overall needs.
- Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer queries.
- Reviewing customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues.
- Giving detailed explanations of services.
- Understanding and striving to meet support metrics while providing excellent customer service.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- 0-1 year experience in a similar role.
- Fluent English speaking and writing is a MUST.
- Flexibility with rotational working hours/days.
