A leading international brand in contemporary handmade rugs is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join their UAE team in Dubai.About the CompanyRenowned globally for its exquisite craftsmanship and innovative design, this luxury interiors brand creates timeless, handmade rugs using traditional weaving techniques and ethically sourced materials. With collaborations spanning world-famous fashion houses and artists, the company is a pioneer in design excellence and sustainability.About the RoleAs the Sales Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients visiting the Dubai showroom. You’ll play a key role in supporting the sales team, managing client interactions, and ensuring seamless operations across CRM, inventory, and logistics. This is a full-time position based in the showroom, with weekend availability required.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist clients in the showroom, delivering a warm and professional experienceSupport sales by providing product information, availability, and pricingMaintain accurate client records and sales notes in Pipedrive CRMCoordinate showroom stock logistics and sample movementsCreate and manage quotations, sales orders, and sample requestsLiaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillmentSchedule follow-ups and manage sales team tasks using CRM automationGenerate reports on stock, samples, and client engagementAssist with onboarding and training of new sales staffWho You AreYou’re personable, organized, and passionate about luxury design. You thrive in a fast-paced showroom environment and are confident using CRM systems to manage client relationships and sales processes.Key QualificationsExperience in a client-facing or showroom role, ideally in interiors or luxury retailProficiency in CRM tools (especially Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to multitask and manage dynamic client interactionsERP experience (e.g., SAP B1) is a plus—training providedPreferred AttributesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer-first mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approachPassion for design, interiors, and high-end retailTeam player who can also work independently
