Job Description
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office, ensuring smooth operations
- Maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs
- Manage office supplies/inventory (stationery and equipment) and place orders as necessary
- Record office expenditures and manage the budget
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them - in person or over the phone - answering or referring inquiries, delivering messages, faxes and letters
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Maintain good communication with all staff members and all visitors to the site
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
- Generally liaise with all third parties, like IT, internet providers, etc.
- Assist with office layout planning and office moves
- Identify opportunities for office management improvements, and implement new systems
- Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 1-3 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
- Strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise
- Must have exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English is a MUST
