Job Description
Senior Network Engineer:
Highly skilled Senior Network Engineer with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex network infrastructures. Proficient in network architecture, security, and performance optimization. Additionally, possesses hands-on experience in ERP software implementation, customization, and integration. Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Skills:
- Network Architecture and Design:
- Expertise in designing and implementing scalable and resilient network architectures.
- Proficient in network segmentation, routing protocols, VLANs, and subnetting.
- Experience with network virtualization technologies such as VLANs, VXLANs, and SD-WAN.
- Network Security:
- Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
- Experience in implementing firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), VPNs, and access control lists (ACLs).
- Skilled in conducting security assessments and implementing security policies to mitigate risks.
- ERP Software Experience: Preferable
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Experience in ERP implementation, customization, integration, and support.
- Network Performance Optimization:
- Experience in optimizing network performance through traffic analysis, QoS implementation, and bandwidth management.
- Proficient in network monitoring tools such as SNMP, NetFlow, and packet analyzers.
- Skilled in troubleshooting network performance issues and implementing solutions for optimization.
- Integration and Interoperability: Preferable

- Experience in integrating ERP systems with other enterprise applications and systems, including CRM, HRIS, and business intelligence (BI) tools.
- Proficient in data migration, API integration, and middleware solutions for seamless interoperability.
- Troubleshooting and Incident Management:
- Expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex network issues, including connectivity problems, latency issues, and packet loss.
- Skilled in incident management processes, including incident detection, analysis, resolution, and documentation.
- Vendor Management and Collaboration:
- Experience in managing relationships with network equipment vendors, service providers, and ERP software vendors.
- Adept at negotiating contracts, resolving issues, and ensuring the timely delivery of products and services.
Job Requirements
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. (preferably Governmental university)
- Relevant certifications in networking (e.g., Cisco Certified Network Professional - CCNP, Juniper Networks Certified Internet Professional - JNCIP) and ERP software (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate).
Professional Experience:
- years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on designing and managing enterprise-scale networks.
- Proven track record of success in implementing and supporting ERP systems, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving business value.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver IT projects on time and within budget.
