Security and Compliance:

• Implement and enforce network security measures to protect company data and prevent unauthorized access.
• Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems (IDS).
• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory standards.

Network Support and Maintenance:

• Provide ongoing technical support for network-related issues.
• Perform regular network maintenance, including software updates, patching, and hardware upgrades.
• Proactively monitor the daily health and performance of the wide-area network (WAN).
• Perform scheduled backups of network configurations and ensure secure storage.
• Upgrade network operating system software to maintain security.

Network Monitoring and Reporting:

• Review network and telephony system logs to ensure scheduled tasks are completed.
• Generate and present performance reports to management regularly.

Vendor and Project Management:
