Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and entrepreneurial 2nd in Command/ Operations Manager based in Egypt to serve as the CEO’s right hand and second-in-command. This role requires a leader who can take ownership, drive sales, manage operations, and lead a remote team with minimal oversight. You will be expected to fully run the business in the absence of the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
Execute the CEO’s vision and translate it into operational results
Lead day-to-day operations across sales, marketing, acquisitions, and admin
Build and track KPIs, SOPs, and reporting systems for accountability and performance
Sales Leadership
Oversee and coach the sales/acquisitions team
Improve sales processes, scripts, tracking, and performance metrics
Monitor CRM usage (e.g., Podio or Follow Up Boss) and drive pipeline results
Operations Management
Manage the hiring and training of team members in the Philippines and elsewhere
Coordinate across departments to resolve bottlenecks and scale processes
Build and optimize internal systems and workflows to maximize efficiency
Finance & Reporting
Oversee budget tracking, cost controls, and performance-based targets
Collaborate with bookkeepers, paralegals, and operations staff to ensure transaction flow and profitability
Required Qualifications
7+ years in sales, sales management, or general operations leadership
Proven success managing remote teams and working in fast-paced startups or growth environments
Strong business acumen and ability to work independently without micromanagement
Prior experience in real estate, investments, or complex transaction environments is a strong plus
Tech-savvy with CRMs, spreadsheets, dashboards, and team management tools
Flawless spoken and written English is required
