Job Description

  • Develop and execute data-driven demand generation campaigns to achieve sales goals in assigned geographic or firmographic market segments.
  • Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns, aligning internal teams, developing audience segments, and owning top funnel virtual events.
  • Apply an experimental mindset to drive, test, and optimize campaigns through continuous A/B testing across all channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to build prescriptive buyer journeys as the foundation for campaign strategy.
  • Coordinate with internal and external marketing teams for messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel campaigns.
  • Integrate competitive and alliance partner campaigns into buyer journeys and segment campaign plans.
  • Analyze top funnel campaign results, gather feedback, and generate optimization ideas.
  • Utilize marketing automation and email nurturing to engage and convert prospects and customers.
  • Provide ongoing reporting, insights, and pacing toward goals to stakeholders.
  • Create and manage CVM campaigns, including retention, churn, and cross-sell efforts.
  • Conduct customer behavior analysis and execute and monitor marketing campaigns accordingly.
  • Deliver comprehensive campaign reporting, analysis, and insights.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize tactics to achieve targets.
  • Compile and present weekly and monthly CVM and CRM reports.
  • Perform in-depth campaign analysis and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Assist in developing CRM and CVM strategy, leveraging key insights and advanced analytics.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree 
  • Proven experience and proven track record in developing multi-channel roadmaps
  • Experience working in a metrics-driven culture to measure tactic and channel impacts
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with intertwining deadlines while staying focused on the details
  • Experience with marketing automation software 
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Experience working in a B2B software marketing team
  • Experience with A/B testing, experiment design, and campaign analysis (attribution reporting is a plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Impeccable eye for detail
  • Exhibit willingness and flexibility to work both independently as well as part of a team
