Job Description
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming store environment.
- Assist customers in selecting denim products that best suit their style and needs, providing knowledgeable recommendations on fits, washes, and styling.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Local Town’s product lines, promotions, and brand story to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash, credit, and returns according to company policies.
- Replenish and organize merchandise on the sales floor, ensuring displays are visually appealing and reflect current trends.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs or discrepancies to management.
- Support store operations by assisting with opening, closing, and daily housekeeping tasks.
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
