Job Description
- Develop sales plans and programs that meet the company's objectives.
- Identify opportunities and risks in sales trends and develop strategies to improve performance.
- Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of competitors to identify areas where the organization can compete more effectively.
- Evaluate the feasibility of new products and services from a cost-benefit perspective to identify products that are likely to be commercially successful.
- Develop plans for introducing new products and services, including integration with existing systems or the development of new systems.
- Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of sales team.
- Evaluate the performance of sales team and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Implement the company's customer service policy and ensure that it is effective in meeting customer expectations.
- Manage and control operating, administrative, and indirect expenses to ensure efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Business Administration preferred).
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar job.
- Proven experience as retail manager or in other managerial position.
- Knowledge of retail management best practices.
- Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles.
