Job Description
- Responsible for recruiting, screening, headhunting, and interviewing process.
- Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick leaves are tracked in the system
- Inform applicants about job details such as job descriptions, benefits and conditions
- Maintain Employee's files, documents & paperwork
- Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences.
Job Requirements
- Experience in the Real Estate “brokerage Sector” is preferable
- 1:3 years’ experience in the same role
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Advanced Excel User
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent command of English
- Residence near New Cairo is preferable
