Job Description

  • Responsible for achieving the required sales target .
  • Responsible for the quality of the interaction via chat .
  • Sales forecasting .
  • Developing the sales agents skills .
  • Monitor agent KPI's .
  • Develop sales strategy
  • Coordinate sales activities and polices to promote products and services .
  • Research and development appropriations .
  • Support the company in formulating a long -term business development strategy .
  • Establish the business development team function working closely with the company business development vision .
  • Build the brand and promote it regionally and internationally, where applicable.
  • Helping the team members to use every opportunity available to promote the company’s profile .
  • Support as well as guide the company’s management in appraising policies and strategies relating to Business Development.

Job Requirements

Technical Skills : 

  • Sales Diploma, MSc. A mini MBA is a must.
  • Must have a strong experience in E-commerce .
  • A call center background preferred.
  • Leadership, Accountability and problem-solving skills.
  • Focused on customer service
  • Excellent in English both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Must have knowledge of E-commerce.

Other Skills :

  • Must live in 6 Oct or around.
  • Maximum age 38.
  • Presentable.
  • Confident personality.
