Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
Develop and maintain project cost control plans, including identifying and tracking budget variances, and assisting with budget development efforts.
Reviewing documentation for project creation, development and implementation.
Ensuring projects align with business goals and tracking the progress of each project.
Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Executives.
Implementing budgets and calculating the monetary risk for each project.
Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
Manages project status and information in the form of formal briefings, project update meetings, and written, electronic, and graphic reports.
Monitor progress against plans and schedules, identifying and resolving problems, and updating project plans as needed
Assist with project proposals, including developing opportunities, developing presentations.

A bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
Infrastructure, Utilites, road constructions, pipe network, sewage network
Financial management.
A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a MUST.
A minimum of ten years' experience in a supervisory position.
Strong leadership skills.
Strong attention to details and technicalities.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
Possess in-depth knowledge and extensive experience using Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Microsoft project, and Primavera P6.
