Plan, execute, and finalize engineering projects within established deadlines and budgets (construction and design)
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and scope.
Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Manage project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and performance feedback.
Conduct regular project meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design and construction adherence to specifications.

Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
PMP (PREFERABLE).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, construction and design is a must.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles and construction industry practices.

Skills and Competencies:

Familiarity with local and international building codes and regulations.
