Job Description

Job duties:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or issues related to the Mazaya account or services.
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Document all customer interactions clearly and concisely in the CRM system.
  • Meet performance targets including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, service changes, and promotions related to Mazaya account for UAE.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

 

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in any relevant field
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
  • Excellent command of English – both spoken and written.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage high call volumes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
