Job duties:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or issues related to the Mazaya account or services.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Document all customer interactions clearly and concisely in the CRM system.
- Meet performance targets including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, service changes, and promotions related to Mazaya account for UAE.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any relevant field
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent command of English – both spoken and written.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high call volumes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
