Job Description
- Respond to incoming inquiries from clients and potential buyers/sellers via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about Talaat Mostafa Group's properties, services, policies, and procedures.
- Assist customers in understanding the company's offerings and guide them through the process of purchasing or leasing properties.
- Handle and resolve customer issues, documenting interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales agents and other team members to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Schedule property viewings and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the company’s listings, services, and real estate market trends.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 0-2 years in customer service, call center, or related field; experience in real estate is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Active listening skills with the ability to understand client needs.
- Ability to stay organized, multitask, and handle high volumes of calls or messages.
- Familiarity with CRM or call center software is beneficial.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork orientation.
