Job Description
- Analysis for Area coverage & Technicians Capacity with action plan to optimize Authorized Service Centers operation.
- ASC Evaluation & share the result weekly / monthly
- Daily check KPI result to act according ASC Performance
- Monitoring Service Centers Performance
- Analysis Part charge back & feedback to each FSR to investigate
- Developing corrective and preventive actions.
- Reviewing Spare Parts utilization of each service center
- Issuing Service Centers Contracts annually.
- Increase branding and customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree [Engineering, Accounting]
- 2 ~ 5 Years Exp. (Preferred at SVC Network Management)
or SCM , Demand Planner Exp. - Good English & Ms. Office Skills are a must
- High level of customer focus competency
- High communication skills and analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in occasional overtime and weekends
- Cairo or Giza Resident
