Job Description
The CRM Specialist main role is to develop and maintain a database of clients, leads, and stakeholders, constantly updating and improving it.
- Create a centralized database of information about clients and prospects that can be accessed by multiple employees across the company.
- Develop a data analysis approach, capable of regular overall reporting and profiling as well as ad hoc deep-dive insight.
- Update the data and ensure its integrity on regular basis.
- Work closely with CRM users across multiple departments to ensure keeping company’s CRM data up-to-date
Job Requirements
- University degree (Business Administration, Mass Communication, or Marketing is preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, handling CRM data using ODOO, SAP….etc
- Excellent with the use of MS Office, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Data collection, management and analysis skills.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong presentation skills, ability to produce extensive reports
- Team Player, Detail-oriented, results-focused, goal-driven, and eager to learn.
- Great time management skills
