Job Description
- The Sales Representative should develop a new point of sales and B2B prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales and market share in a professional systematic manner/market survey and analysis (market price, market availability, and shortages). They are focusing on Technical aspects and KPIs.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and profit target
- Provide regular feedback on the market & competitors' activities to the management via prompt and regular reporting.
- Prepare a written weekly and monthly plan of sales calls and visits indicating places and customers' names.
- Prepare sales order, customer coding and sales data collection.
- Maintained customer database and history.
- Align between the sales team and supply chain team to plan the orders delivery.
- Understand the portfolio of products and its applications
- Understand his area of responsibility, competition land scape
- Ability to document and report his sales calls and sales plan
- Ability to introduce the product specs and applications and handling pricing objections
- Follow up customer account and ensure that all invoice are closed with their receipts and submit a reports on lost sales, sales report and visit report.
- Educate the customer on the advantages of using our product on the quality and price compared with others.
- Ensure product orders placed by customers are fulfilled in a timely, cost-effective manner, and provides order status updates to customers.
- Participate actively in the resolution of complaints filed by customers, and ensure complaints are escalated when required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales position in the (Lubricants)
- Microsoft Office skills
- Fair command of the English Language
