Job Description
1.Assist clients in introducing different products, providing a tour of the showroom, and discussing the client’s needs (design, price, interiors, etc.) to assist them in the decision-making process, promoting brand image and thus achieving sales targets.
2. Prepare quotations for clients to be able to purchase the products from the organization’s distributors.
3. Assist in updating prices on the system to provide customers with the right prices that match the market. 4. Handle issues such as delays in delivery and unavailability of products, and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve any issues to maintain the brand’s image and cultivate loyalty.
5. Prepare monthly reports to track progress on sales targets, prices, competitors, etc. and take appropriate action, if necessary.
6. Recommend new ideas (e.g., events) to drive traffic to showrooms and increase sales.
7. Manage showroom maintenance and report weekly to direct supervisor to ensure that any issues are resolved.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience, preferably in Customer Service
- Residence in Hurgada is a must.
- Bachelor of Business Administration or any relevant studies is required.
- Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. Industry Trends — Knowledge of the competitors/key players, the industry, and their product offerings.
- Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
