Job Description
- Plan along with MENA Marketing Manager and execute all digital marketing, including, social media campaigns and other collaterals.
- Develop design briefs for designers to create all marketing collaterals
- Build and maintain our social media presence, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram insuring we achieve the social media growth expected from organic activities
- Manage Communities on social and on other digital channels
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Analyze and evaluate all marketing campaigns using existing marketing metrics.
- Develop strategies to drive website traffic, lead acquisition and improve conversion
- Provide guidance and promote webinar and steaming services.
- Identify influential forums and FX related websites, Monitor and post (articles, promotions, market outlook …etc) on a regular basis.
- Identify competitor’s product offering, marketing strategy, and unique selling points using the latest market research tools.
- Develop monthly content calendars inline with the social media strategy.
Job Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, CRM software, best practices, and website analytics.
- Knowledge of SEO & SEM would be a plus.
- Hard working and agile attitude.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic.
- Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics. GDS & Meltwater would be a plus
- Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices.
