Job Description

We're a manufacturing Multinational company located in Heliopolis, seeking a dynamic Corporate Compliance Paralegal Manager to oversee and ensure regulatory adherence, drive excellence, and champion legal compliance initiatives within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct risk analysis and manage remedial measures to verify compliance with supply chain laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate closely with the legal team to develop and implement compliance strategies and initiatives specific to supply chain operations.
  • Review and analyze documentation, contracts, and agreements related to supplier relationships and supply chain management.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for suppliers and internal stakeholders on compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Monitor and track compliance-related issues and investigations.
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and compliance updates to relevant stakeholders within the organization.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to compliance activities and findings.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in law, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Paralegal certification or equivalent semi-legal education/training highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in a compliance-related role, preferably with a focus on supply chain compliance or similar field.
  • Knowledge of supply chain laws and regulations, particularly within the context of international trade and labor practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify compliance issues and recommend solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal, is required.
