Advertising Specialist - Facebook

We are looking for a very talented Facebook Advertising Specialist to join our team to work for our local and international clients. We need someone who can: 

• Navigate the Facebook ad platform. Create ads. Create and setup Pixels. Create Audiences and special ad audiences. Scaling and Optimizing ads. Understands targeting and retargeting.
• Create Facebook Ad campaigns (from planning, to campaign objective and budgeting, to ad formats) for diverse clients
• Build both prospecting and re-targeting campaigns that push In-Market Auto Shoppers through the purchase funnel.
• Generating leads and sales using Facebook and Instagram Ads.
• Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.
• Use Facebook and Google Analytics metrics to expand, evolve, and optimize campaigns.
• Ensure Facebook tasks are being delivered on-time and as expected.
• Test ads to determine highest performing creative, markets, and ad copy.
• Continuous monitoring of results and improving of ads.
• Provide conversion-focused ad creative direction and optimize ad copy based on data.
• Ensure proper tracking, attribution, and consistency across our campaigns.
• Reporting of results of Facebook and Instagram Campaigns.
• Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.
