Internship Description
The intern will learn how to:
- Write and post job posts on career websites.
- Source candidates by using databases and social media and screen resumes.
- Conduct phone, online, face to face interviews.
- Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions.
- Follow up on the HR system with any changes on a regular basis.
- Update the job descriptions and issue Job descriptions for new positions.
- Update the organization charts monthly to reflect all changes.
- Create HR Analytics Reports.
- Calculate the monthly incentives sheet.
Duration: 1-3 months.
Internship Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is a must.
- 0-1 year of experience.
- HR diploma, workshops, any HR course is preferred.
- Very good analytical, following up and communication skills.
- Good knowledge about all HR functions & HRIS.
- Very good command of English Language and MS Office tools.
Important remark:
- Working Hours: 9 am-5 pm; two days off.
- Monthly Pocket Money.
