Job Description
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by monitoring and analyzing sales performance and addressing any deviations
- Ensure the implementation of all agreed standard operating procedures for store operations to strengthen brand image, enhance customer experience, and protect company assets
- Develop and execute product distribution plans across branches to meet sales goals, reviewing promotional team reports and analytics
- Monitor store performance and develop plans to achieve objectives
- Build external networks to understand market trends and competitor activities through data collection and analysis, offering suggestions for problem-solving and efficiency improvement
- Control operational costs and work on cost-reduction projects
- Manage the sales team, evaluating schedules, performance, and promotions
- Ensure store appearance, inventory, employee conduct, and asset safety, overseeing regular and emergency maintenance
- Review inspection and inventory reports, taking necessary actions and sharing insights with management
- Guarantee a high-level customer experience across all stores by enforcing company policies
- Train and develop the team on best practices and company standards for sales excellence
- Engage in strategic thinking and planning for market expansion

Job Requirements
