Developing and designing products and systems based on customer requirements and industry standards.
Conducting research and testing to check the feasibility and viability of the design ideas.

Prepare technical drawings required for manufacturing.
Prepare maintenance manuals.
Design and follow up manufacturing of prototypes, required jigs and fixtures.
Troubleshooting design-related issues and making necessary changes.
Reviewing and providing feedback on the designs of other engineers.
Can Estimate and define production/manufacturing process route.
Staying up to date with industry trends and new technologies and implementing new designs.
Follow up execution till delivery.
Continuously work with draftsmen and technicians to improve their skills performance.
Apply international standards totally adhering to ISO 9001.

BSc in Mechanical Design and Production Engineering from Reputable University.
3-5 years of experience in the same field.
Professional user of 3D modeling software (inventor is an advantage).
Good awareness of ISO 9001 requirements.
Good awareness of CAM software.
Good awareness of ERP systems (inventory, logistics and Manufacturing is an advantage).
