Job Description

• Handle day-to-day operations and ensure SOP implementation.
• Follow up and control daily productions and ensure a proper start-up and shutdown.
• Review technical requirements for actual manufacturing operations.
• Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Prepare and present reports on production performance and improvement initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of production workers, supervisors and technicians.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering .
• From 3 to 5 years of previous experience in the manufacturing field.
• Very Good communication, Analytical & Problem Solving Skills.
• Attention To Detail.
• Proven experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for production layout and design.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
