Job Description
• Be the first point of contact for our valued clients, handling inquiries and complaints across various channels (phone, email, in-person).
• Become a client champion, proactively communicating and following up to build strong, trusting relationships.
• Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience every time.
• Manage the contract lifecycle – processing, recording, explaining terms, and handling terminations with ease.
• Keep our team organized by preparing daily reports, coordinating resources, and creating monthly overseas contract reports.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of customer service experience, ideally in real estate.
• A proven track record of building and nurturing strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and colleagues.
• The ability to solve problems and navigate conflict resolutions smoothly.
• Proficiency in CRM software and relevant customer service tools.
• A keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills for accurate contract and database management.
• The ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments.
• Fluency in English is a must!
