Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
On-Site Responsibilities:
- Supervise mechanical installation works (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting) per approved drawings and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitor manpower, equipment usage, and installation timelines.
- Oversee testing and commissioning of mechanical systems.
- Ensure compliance with mechanical codes and client specifications.
Design & Coordination (Preferred):
- Review mechanical design drawings and participate in design conflict resolution.
- Modify or create shop drawings using CAD/Revit when needed.
- Perform coordination tasks using BIM tools (clash detection and model updates).
