Job Description
- Develop plans to train and motivate the personnel working in the management and sales of the company and the site (the project).
- Maintain communication with customers to obtain customer feedback regarding product and service quality.
- Build and establish good business relationship with customers to facilitate revenue increase
- Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and increase returns.
- Communicate with heads of sales departments and others to discuss business plans needed to improve sales performance
- Direct and coordinate the team's sales process to ensure appropriate service in line with established customer service standards.
- Preparing databases of current, former and prospective customers and preparing plans to deal with them and periodically communicate with them in order to increase sales.
Job Requirements
- Experience 10 years in Real Estate
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing
Competencies Required:
- Accurate knowledge of the urban development market in the Kingdom.
- Knowing the nature of clients in the field of real estate in the Kingdom.
- Ability to prepare sales plans and policies
- Ability to train, prepare and motivate sales staff.
