Job Description

AtkinsRéalis are currently looking for experienced Commercial Director to join our team to work on a Project for Automotive Plant Manufacturing Industry in Jeddah or Madinah, KSA. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within in KSA.Responsibilities Understand and interpret AtkinsRéalis rights and responsibilities across its KSA project portfolio. Support Project Directors in delivering projects to contractual arrangements and required commercial outcomes. Coordinate commercial appointments for services provided by all parties, including other AtkinsRéalis Business Sectors and sub-consultants. Develop and manage commercial administration, monitoring, and change control systems. Develop commercial understanding and competence within the Project Management and Design delivery staff in KSA. Support Project-based Commercial staff within the country's live projects. Escalation and reporting on claims made against AtkinsRéalis Professional Indemnity insurance. Conduct commercial review and audit of live projects in the country. Monitor compliance of the Service Delivery Process throughout project delivery phase. Review monthly financial reports and review actions in respect of the Risk Register and project contingency. Provide guidance to project teams to ensure a consistent approach to billing in line with contractual arrangements. Influence behaviors to provide early warnings of risk to projects' financial health.Requirements Bachelor's degree in an appropriate engineering discipline, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent with 20 years of relevant experience Professional Membership (MRICS, MCIOB, MCIPS, MCIArb). Extensive experience in contracts and sub-contracts, preparation, review, and evaluation.
