Job Description
- Generate & sign leads.
- Onboard accounts on the application.
- Provide support after contract signing, in order to build a strong partnership with the account.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to the accounts in a timely manner.
- Act as the communication mediator between signed accounts and the company.
- Conduct business reviews with accounts and identify business opportunities.
- Monitor daily/monthly sales of the accounts.
- Cross-sell and upsell existing accounts.
- Monitor/control account receivables
Job Requirements
- F&B background, or any relevant experience.
- 2-4 years of experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
