Job Description
-Monitor all company operations that affect the quality of the product in order to maximize the profitability of the organization.
-Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output.
-Appraise customers’ requirements and satisfy their needs.
-Defining all malfunctions related to production in order to ensure immediate action
-Supervising the application, activation, review, and updating of quality management systems, food safety and occupational safety and health applied in the company in accordance with the requirements of international standards (ISO22000: 2005- BRC - IFS - FSSC 22000 - OHSAS 18001).
-Supervising the preparation and implementation of internal audit plans for quality management systems, food safety, and occupational health and safety (ISO22000:2005- BRC – IFS – FSSC 22000 – OHSAS 18001).
-Reviewing and approving the internal audits reports, including points of non-conformity, and following up the implementation of the corrective and preventive measures taken.
-Supervising the receipt of raw materials supplied to the factory.
-Approval of laboratory test results for the final product through the central laboratory.
-Approving the results of microbiological analyzes of the final products.
-Approving the results of microbiological swabs for machines and workers.
-Analyze data to find the areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
-Previous experience as QA Manager in FMCG
-Bachelor degree in Science (Food Industries)
-Excellent English Language
-Experience more than 10 years
