Job Description
- Conduct quality control and audits of laboratory testing procedures.
- Oversee internal audit processes.
- Establish, implement, and continuously improve quality management systems.
- Ensure compliance with international quality standards, especially ISO 17025 processes.
- Manage EGAC accreditation processes and ensure full compliance.
- Lead and train quality teams to uphold laboratory standards.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (BSC of science, Chemical Engineering) is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
- from 8 to 10 years of experience .
- Experience with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent communication and problem solving are required.
- Strong leadership and Analytical Skills.
- Excellent Microsoft office skills.
