Quality Manager (Textile Manufacturing)

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to lead and oversee all quality control and assurance operations within our textile manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products consistently meet established quality standards and customer specifications. This role also plays a critical part in driving continuous improvement initiatives across all stages of production to enhance product quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards and company objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage the quality assurance team to ensure consistent application of quality processes across all manufacturing operations.
Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to guarantee compliance with internal and external quality standards.
Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions to address recurring issues and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and operations teams to resolve quality-related challenges and optimize manufacturing processes.
Manage internal and external audits, ensuring readiness for customer and regulatory inspections, and facilitate timely closure of audit findings.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance quality awareness and best practices among staff at all levels.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Management System (QMS):
• Develop, implement, and maintain QMS in compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits of processes and systems to ensure adherence to standards.
2. Inspection & Testing:
• Oversee raw material, in-process, and finished goods inspections.
• Ensure proper testing procedures for yarn, fabric, dyeing, and finished textiles.
• Analyze test results and take corrective action to address defects.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in quality management, in textile manufacturing.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of textile processes (spinning, weaving, dyeing, etc.).
• Proficiency in quality tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Familiarity with industry standards.
