A Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and
optimizing online marketing campaigns to promote products, services, or
brands.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Manage Digital Campaigns:
○ Design, implement, and monitor various digital marketing
campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media,
email marketing, and content marketing.
○ Ensure campaigns align with company goals and KPIs, optimizing
for performance and efficiency.
2. SEO and SEM:
○ Perform keyword research and optimize website content for
organic search rankings (SEO).
○ Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive traffic and
conversions.
3. Social Media Management:
○ Create, schedule, and manage content across social media
platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
○ Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies based on
performance.
4. Content Creation:
○ Collaborate with content creators to develop blogs, articles, videos,
infographics, and other digital assets.
○ Ensure content is engaging, on-brand, and optimized for search
engines.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
○ Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot to monitor
campaign performance.
○ Provide regular reports on ROI, engagement, lead generation, and
other key metrics to stakeholders.
6. Email Marketing:
○ Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including list
segmentation, A/B testing, and tracking engagement rates.
○ Analyze performance to improve open rates, click-through rates,
and conversion rates.
7. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
○ Analyze user behavior on websites and landing pages.
○ Implement A/B tests and make adjustments to improve conversion
rates.
8. Stay Up-to-Date with Digital Trends:
○ Keep up with the latest developments in digital marketing tools,
platforms, and trends.
○ Experiment with new digital channels or strategies to stay
competitive in the market.
Skills Required:
● Strong analytical and data-driven thinking: Ability to interpret data to
improve campaign performance.
● Creativity: In developing content and strategies that engage target
audiences.
● Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital tools like Google Analytics,
