Job Description
- Screen suitable candidate profiles and establish data base using various recruitment channels (Careers website ,Job portals, Social Media, Head hunt and Referrals)
- Handle end to end recruitment process for vacancies.
- Communicate with candidates to explain full recruitment process via phone, emails and messages.
- Conduct phone interviews and face to face interviews according to the skills and competencies required
- Coordinate with hiring Managers and top management for interview results and candidate selection.
- Prepare job offers and target letters in coordination with hiring Managers and negotiate job offers with Selected candidates
- Follow up candidate’s preparation and signature of hiring documents and prepare employee contracts
- Onboarding new hires” attendance finger print, orientation tour , welcome emails and new employee announcement emails”
- Conduct Exit Interviews
- Prepare and update job descriptions and job advertisements
- Issue and update recruitment reports and tracking sheet
- Conduct orientation training to new hires
- Correct orientation quizzes and communicate results direct Managers
- Prepare and update Interact Policies and Procedures
- Update blue collars missions request, annual leaves and excuses on Hits Application
- Update and renew employee contracts
- Prepare attendance report
- Perform other tasks requested by the HR Manager
Job Requirements
- 5 years of experience in IT Field .
- Bachelor degree
- Strong communication skills
- Familiar with various recruitment and HR system
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Organized, Punctuate and strong follow up skills
