Job Description
- Elicitation critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing documents.
- Leads the end-to-end high-level solution design and scoping.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Developing requirements documents User Stories, BRD, SRS
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
- Working closely with different stakeholders such as: partners, technicians, and managerial staff.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Drawing the diagram & wireframe mockups.
- Support after implementation.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline
- 2-3 years of Business analysis experience.
- Strong technology, analytical and communication skills
- Experience in one of: Fintech, Banking, Transaction processing, or Bill Payment domains
- Good experience in developing requirements documents User Stories, BRD, SRS, wire frame diagrams and process charts.
- Deep knowledge of UML Modeling, Agile methodology, and Waterfall methodology
- Very good experience with technical document writing
