Job Description
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Business Process Analysis: Assess all aspects of clients' business operations and map their processes to Odoo's solutions.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate current business processes and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring clear and consistent communication of requirements and solutions.
• Documentation: Produce comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
• Testing and Validation: Assist with quality assurance by developing and executing test cases to verify system functionality against requirements.
• Training and Support: Deliver training and provide ongoing support to end-users during the implementation of new systems or processes.
Job Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business analysis, project management, or a similar role.
• Tools: Hands-on experience with Jira Cloud and/or Jira Data Center.
• ERP Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Odoo ERP modules.
• Government Projects: Experience in Saudi government projects is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Understanding of business process modeling techniques
