Job Description
- Preparing Detailed Shop-drawings
- Study the project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), RFI (Request for information), correspondence…etc. to take into consideration all the project details during execution.
- Prepare budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports, and release contractor/worker payments.
- Communicate with concerned departments to prepare the general procurement plan.
- Prepare and follow up on the material submittals and communicate with the consultant to obtain approval.
- Issue the purchasing request and contracting request and follow up on their implementation.
- Conduct an estimated quantity survey to determine the quantity of material that needs to be purchased or procured.
- Conduct the quantity surveying process to prepare required invoices.
- Knowledge of Engineering Programs.
- Variation orders analysis.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Electrical Engineering.
- 3-6 years of experience in Technical office engineer( Banking Sector, Commercial and Residential Sectors).
- Construction and KNX Smart Systems experience.
- Familiarity with financial principles (budgeting and forecasting), AutoCAD, and quality management principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills
- Language: English: Excellent command of Written & Spoken
- Competencies and skills: Negotiation, Reporting skills, Computer skills, Proposal writing.
