Job Description

  • Preparing Detailed Shop-drawings
  • Study the project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), RFI (Request for information), correspondence…etc. to take into consideration all the project details during execution.
  • Prepare budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports, and release contractor/worker payments.
  • Communicate with concerned departments to prepare the general procurement plan.
  • Prepare and follow up on the material submittals and communicate with the consultant to obtain approval.
  • Issue the purchasing request and contracting request and follow up on their implementation.
  • Conduct an estimated quantity survey to determine the quantity of material that needs to be purchased or procured.
  • Conduct the quantity surveying process to prepare required invoices.
  • Knowledge of Engineering Programs.
  • Variation orders analysis.

Job Requirements

  • BSc in Electrical Engineering.
  • 3-6 years of experience in Technical office engineer( Banking Sector, Commercial and Residential Sectors).
  • Construction and KNX Smart Systems experience.
  • Familiarity with financial principles (budgeting and forecasting), AutoCAD, and quality management principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and creativity skills
  • Language:  English: Excellent command of Written & Spoken
  • Competencies and skills:  Negotiation, Reporting skills, Computer skills, Proposal writing.
