Job Description

  • Being the main connector between the client and company
  • Assist the  in achieving the business targets through maintaining tight relations with key personnel within individual accounts
  • Meet weekly/monthly targets of expanding business volumes within existing accounts through regular phone calls and periodic visits
  • Clearly understand individual accounts’ needs to be able to meet the client’s service quality expectations
  • Receive job orders from the client and revise the order to make sure all necessary data is obtained and job orders are put into booking template
  • Coordinate job orders processing with relevant teams pre and post the orders’ execution such as Fleet, Operations, and Finance
  • Follow-up the execution of the booking and keep the client updated with his shipment status, also coordinate with the client for any delays that may occur during execution and keep him aware of any incurred fees
  • Follow-up with the client on the receipt and revision of his invoices for further follow-up on the dues’ settlement within the agreed credit terms

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree 
  • +2 year in similar position in the field of (Logistics – Trucking – Shipping lines)
  • Advanced Computer Skills (MS Office)
  • Well organized & can Perform multi tasks
  • Exceptional time management, verbal and written communication skills
  • Good Command of English
  • Professional manner, presentable, punctual and strong ethical code
