Job Description
We are looking for a Moderator to oversee and manage online discussions, apply community rules, and ensure a positive experience for our users. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor online forums, social media, and other digital platforms for compliance with community guidelines.
- Review and moderate user-generated content (comments, posts, images, etc.).
- Enforce rules by issuing warnings, suspensions, or bans when necessary.
- Handle user inquiries, resolve disputes, and review reports of offensive content.
- Foster a positive and engaging community atmosphere.
- Collaborate with content and customer service teams to resolve issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online moderation.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in moderation, customer support, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic.
- Strong ability to spot issues in content and ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Familiarity with moderation tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and make fair, unbiased decisions.
- Ability to work flexible hours and collaborate effectively within a team.
