Job Description
- Follow up and respond to customers on all technical matters related to operating and installing programs.
- Follow up and respond to all emails related to technical matters and adding courses for clients.
- Follow up and respond to clients regarding videos and recorded lectures.
- Dealing with the necessary equipment before, during and during lectures via ZOOM.
- Follow up with lecturers and ensure that the courses operate normally technically.
- Sending scientific material for training courses via the Telegram application
- Editing and preparing recorded videos of training courses in order to be published on the platform in the best possible way.
- Respond to all center members regarding technical inquiries for training courses.
- Supporting training platform clients and interactive lecture clients.
- Dealing with the preparation of various periodic reports, whether daily, weekly, or monthly.
- Performing all tasks required of the direct manager.
Job Requirements

- Skills in organizing time, effective communication, and working within a team.
- The ability to work under pressure, work on more than one task, and learn quickly.
- Proficiency in English, level B1
- Computer proficiency and the ability to deal with the Microsoft Office package in a professional manner.
- At least two years of previous experience in the field of Web Chat within reputable companies or dealing with customers via text conversations.
- At least two years of previous experience in the field of technical support within a reputable company and dealing with the technical needs of customers.
