Job Description
• Develop with the Legal team members the issuing of (Leasing and Specialty Leasing) standards contracts, including needed documents and payment terms in line with corporate goals and objectives.
• Analyses with the Legal Department all requirements and provisions needed in the standard leasing contracts, including terms and conditions to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Ensures that contracts are executed by corporate guidelines.
• Audit existing contract and oversees contract modification with the legal department.
• Do follow-up reports for lease abstracts, contract expiration schedules, expiration dates, and tenant renewal options.
• Develop and update the database of electronic commensurate with the requirements of future work.
• Maintain a computer database and a manual filing system to ensure that contracts and proposals are properly entered into organizational databases and securely maintained and saved.
• Ensure an adequate flow of data and information by checking with the team the assembling and distributing of all lease documents received.
• Organizing and keeping files and information on contracts in the following manner helps extract and retrieve easily.
• Follow up the scan of all lease documents into our system and maintain the tenant lease file since accuracy and timeliness are extremely important to this process.
• Maintain communication and coordination with the finance and collection departments to ensure correct billing and collection of contractual revenues.
• Follow-up attitude of the tenants facing financial problems, administrative and others with the legal department.
• Follow-up to the commitment of the departments of auxiliary systems and specific actions.
• Follow up the implementation of programs, whether new or existing.
• Follow-up of administrative workflows.
• Modeling of dealing with customers (Owners – Tenants).
• Preparation of letters and following any responses to correspondence received from customers.
• Participate in finding solutions put forward and appropriate and will facilitate and speed the completion of the work and development of the process in action.
• Maintain ongoing discussions between the team to improve the process of work.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field.
- Experience in the retail field is a big plus.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent command of both English and Arabic Language.
