Job Description
- Job will be remote in Egypt, servicing U.S.A. based Arabic speaking clients of large insurance companies. Must be willing to work U.S.A. Eastern Standard Time.
- General understanding of insurance industry and insurance policy management.
- Candidate must have proven work experience in sales/sales support.
- Hands on experience with customer service. Timely follow-up is imperative.
- An ability to understand client needs and deliver on customer requests.
- Solid knowledge and ability to manage CRM software and MS Office/Google Suite.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics and goals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and time-management skills.
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
- Commission and bonus structure available based on performance.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of insurance sales/support experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, insurance agents and managers.
- Proven effective empathy and de-escalation skills to handle difficult/emotional conversations with a customer-minded focus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong sales skills, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multi-task across technical platforms.
- Ability to demonstrate accountability and Resourcefulness.
- Strong background in Microsoft Office 365.
