Job Description:

As an Export Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the export process to ensure timely delivery of goods to our international customers. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

1. Supervising the export team and providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
2. Managing export documentation, including preparing and verifying commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other required paperwork.
3. Coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other third-party service providers to arrange transportation and logistics for outgoing shipments.
4. Ensuring compliance with export regulations and requirements, including export control laws, trade sanctions, and customs procedures.
5. Collaborating with sales, production, and procurement teams to forecast demand, plan shipments, and optimize inventory levels.
6. Monitoring shipment schedules, tracking shipments in transit, and resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
7. Conducting regular performance evaluations, providing feedback, and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the export team.
8. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners to facilitate smooth communication and resolve any disputes or issues.
9. Analyzing export data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
10. Keeping abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting international trade, and recommending strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities or mitigate risks.
